I learned my craft, passion and love of what we do as family through many long hours in the kitchen starting at a young age.

Really enjoyed this new addition to the Food service businesses in South Temecula, Loved the Original Filippi's Pizza in my hometown of San Diego, this is a take off of that from one of the family members keeping the family recipe's and service alive and well, Papa's Pizza Grotto's food was delicious and the restaurant, aimed more at the family take out business was still spotless inside, My wife and I ate in because we wanted a glass of wine and a bottle of beer with our dinner!
